Email Setup in Outlook

  • Open Outlook.
  • Go to Tools and select E-mail Accounts.
  • Click Add a New E-mail Account.
  • Click Next.
  • Choose POP3.
  • Click Next.
  • For Your Name, enter your full name as you would like it to appear on outgoing emails
  • For E-mail Address, enter your e-mail address as you would like it to appear on outgoing emails.
  • For Incoming Server, enter mail.eclectechs.com
  • For Outgoing Server, enter mail.eclectechs.com
  • For Username, enter your mailbox name (either username@valinet.com, or username@domain.com if instructed to when you signed up)
  • Click More Settings.
  • On the Outgoing Server tab, check off My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and click OK
  • Click Next.
  • Press Finish.
