Setting Up Automatic DNS in Windows 2000/NT

  • Right-click on the My Network Places icon on your Desktop, then click Properties.
  • Right-click on your dialup connection, then click Properties.
  • In the General tab, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), then click on Properties button.
  • Select the option "Obtain DNS server address automatically"
