Leaving Email on Server:
Outlook & Outlook Express

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Go up to Tools in the top menu bar
3. Click on Tools and scroll down to Accounts
4. When you open the Accounts menu, You will want to click on the Mail Tab. (If you remember this is much like setting up a mail account for the first time.)
5. Select the mail account that will be listed (most likely) as mail.valinet.com
6. Once this is highlighted click on Properties which you will see on the right hand side
7. Once that menu pops up select the tab that says Advanced
8. When that opens up, go down to the bottom and it will have a check box that says Leave Copy of Messages on Server. If this is checked, uncheck it. If not then your mail client is not configured to keep copies on the server.
