Our office has power and is now open, and our phone lines are back online.
Due to the extreme weather this weekend, our office is currently closed, and our phone lines are not responding. Like many families and businesses in Westfield, and in towns all over western Massachusetts affected by the storm, our office is without power for the near future.
Our datacenter remains online, it is backed by battery backup and diesel generators, should power fail. All mail and web hosting services are available, and DSL and dial-up services are working as normal.
However, due to the high number of downed power and telephone lines, we cannot guarantee internet service. If you have power and are still unable to connect to the internet via dial-up or DSL, please be patient, as there are many lines that will need to be repaired in the next several days. If you feel you should have internet, please leave a message at the temporary number below and we can try to help, or relay your information on to the necessary carriers.
The best way to contact us is by email, at email@example.com. This address forwards to all of us here, and we do not expect our email services to be interrupted.
Our phone lines are currently down, so if you do have a support question and cannot email us, please leave a message at our temporary emergency support number: (347) 527-5582
Please note that our response is limited at this time, however we will do whatever we can to assist you.
Thank you for your patience, and more importantly, we hope everyone is safe and warm.
